In lieu of a meeting, we attended our Area Contest, where our contestants dominated the filed. Shawna Bjurstrom took first in the Int'l Contest, and third in Evaluation - recovering well from a brief brain cramp! Jim Hills took second in Int'l, and first in Evaluation! Both Shawna and Jim will represent Spokane Falls at the Division Contest on March 23 at the Spokane Valley Library.
Club President Rich Hopkins will also compete in both Evaluation and Int'l, coming by way of his 'other' club. This means SF members fill 5 of the 16 speaking slots at the Division Contest!
