Upcoming Contest:

Division B Contest – April 17th
Support your club members as they compete in the Division Contest on April 17th at Kennewick Public Library, from 10:00 – 11:30 am. Contestants will be participating from Areas B1, B4, and B2 (from Pendleton area). If you are interested in serving as a judge or timer, please contact Contest Chair Sandra Maine (528-0970) or Cal Robinson our Chief Judge. We welcome all to bring their friends or families to hear their contest speech!

Area B-2 International Speech Contest
Amid family and Toastmaster friends, Area B-2 held their first speech contest in several years. A special congratulations to each contestant who participated at the club level, and to our Area Contest participants. The atmosphere was charged with energy from the dynamic B-2 area group who is expanding and adding strength to our District 9! Nicole McLouth, President of Cay-Uma-Wa Toastmasters, served as Contest Chair, with Jim Marquardt, Area B2 Governor, as Contest Toastmaster. Three clubs participated sharing the expertise of talented speakers. Another area club provided support by participating as judges – thank you to Carol Hoeflein from La Grande’s Blue Mountain Toastmasters!
