Washington

The east counties of Adams, Asotin, Benton, Chelan, Columbia, Douglas, Ferry, Franklin, Garfield, Grant, Kittitas, Lincoln, Okanogan, Pend Orielle, Spokane, Stevens, Walla Walla, Whitman, Yakima, and that portion of Klickitat east of the Klickitat River.

Oregon

The northeast Counties of Baker, Grant, Malheur, Umatilla, Union, and Wallowa.

Idaho

The north Counties of Benewah, Bonner, Boundary, Clearwater, Idaho, Kootenai, Latah Lewis, Nez Perce, and Shoshone.
